Making an insurance claim through us is straightforward, taking the stress out of the situation. Here’s how it works:

  1. Notify us of your claim

    Contact your broker as soon as an incident occurs. We will talk through what happened and gather key details. 

  2. We will lodge the claim for you

    Instead of you spending hours on hold with the insurer, or submitting forms online, our claims team will complete all the paperwork and lodge on your behalf. 

  3. We manage the process and follow ups

    Our dedicated claims team handles all the communication with the insurer, providing any extra information required, and follows up regularly to keep things on track. 

  4. We advocate for you

    If there are any delays or disputes, we step in and negotiate with the insurer to make sure your claim is handled fairly and efficiently. 

  5. You focus getting back to normal

    Once the claim is settled, we will walk you through the outcome and make sure everything is finalised smoothly.

  • Always contact us first. Your broker will take your details, work with our claims team to lodge on your behalf, and manage the process from there.

  • It differs for each claim, however we’ll guide you through it. Typically you’ll need: a description of what happened, the date and time of the incident, and any supporting documents (photos, receipts, police reports if applicable).

  • It depends on the type and complexity of the claim. Some claims are resolved in days, while others can take longer. Our role is to keep the process moving and update you every step of the way.

  • Possibly - it depends on the type of claim, your policy, and your insurer’s assessment. We can discuss this with you so you know what to expect before proceeding.

  • If a claim is denied, we don’t just leave it there. Our team will review the decision, explain why it happened, and if appropriate, lodge an appeal or negotiate on your behalf.

  • Yes, if we are your assigned broker, we can step in to assist. Just let us know the details and we’ll work with the insurer from that point forward.
